I’ve gotta admit I’ve got a ton of shoes. I considered taking a picture of my closet to prove it, but decided it would be much too embarrassing. I started counting and lost track at 48 pairs. Of which I probably wear 12 on a regular basis. And don’t get me started on purses. (Though I have cut back in that area lately).
My co-workers would be shocked to hear the number of shoes I own because I wear the same pair every day to work. I insist on being comfortable- so out goes the heels and boots. I can’t be too casual- so out goes the sneakers and sandals. Leaving me with my boring practical work shoes.
Alas, even with all the ones lying in my closet, I find myself drawn to the shoe store. What’s a girl to do?
What footwear does your character wear and why?

One I can answer!!
Rose wears flip-flops–all the time.
Jack wears cowboy boots ’cause he’s a cowboy. But he breaks out the leather flip-flops too to be wild!
Laide is barefoot right now and I haven’t really gotten far enough to figure out what she’d wear.

Sam wears running shoes, brown leather sandals, high heels on occasion, but day to day, tennis shoes. She too prefers comfort.

saddle shoes, bare feet, boots — depending on which character. Me personally, I’m in sandal mode for summer – yay!!

I guess I really hadn’t thought about what shoes she’s wearing. Some good, sturdy traveling shoes, I would say. That go with her outfit, of course!! A clog…brown suede…she’s in Europe, so that would be good. Of course, she loses them when the boat goes down…..

Anne wears big, oversized black army boots…unlaced. But only through her crazy phase.

Nichole wears sketchers. She is not all too much into fashion. Sally wears sandals or high heels. She is fancy, but not snotty. Lily wears high tops and Doc Martin boots.
Jack, he loves to wear his Beatles boots. He is a musician after all. Logan is an outback guy who wears cowboy boots. Not a cowboy but for where he lives he needs to wear those boots.

Kate can do her job wearing anything, but if she had her choice it would be sneakers. Tina likes funky sneakers – bright pink, neon green, tangerine orange.

Zili wears flat boots. They’re the norm in Whithith.
Inaya wears clogs…she’s a bit of a weirdo for the standards of Whithith. What’s a girl to do?

Now you’ve made me think
Bill wears running shoes, he likes to be comfy and casual. Brooke wears flip flops in the summer and slip on shoes any other time – but she prefers to go barefoot
