So, I thought for a long time about what my niche in this little blog should be, and I think I have decided. I am the queen of all this social media stuff, and I think I will start with a series on how to get your name out there. It’s one thing to write a book, but it’s another to find someone to read it, and the bigger audience you start with, the better off you are!

Over the next few weeks, I will teach you how to start a blog, work a facebook account, set up a linked in account, twitter, and much more. I hope that I can help you find your audience! I promise together we will untangle this crazy web!

This is my first post here, so I thought I would tell everyone a little bit about myself. I just finished the first draft of my

first book. It still needs a lot of work, and I am guessing it will be a different book when I am done, but it makes me happy to see it all on paper an d k now that I am finally trying to make the whole ‘author’ thing happen.

I have a daughter, she is almost four, and the coolest person I know. I am married to a pretty awesome guy who lets me chase my dreams, so I am super lucky there.

I have a blog its totally the bomb, yo, and I am obsessed with twittering. Like, if there was a twelve step program, I would be on the posters obsessed. You can follow me, but at your own risk! I tweet about randomness all day long, and I am sure I am not nearly as exciting as I think I am.
I have big plans to talk all about what makes writing fun, and to stretch the minds of the readers here, so watch out!
